Meet new people and make friends at our centre in Fazeley, Staffordshire

Hosting up to 30 people, our day centre is the perfect place for the elderly to make new friends and socialise with others. At Autumn Days, in Fazeley, Staffordshire, we provide elderly care plans and services that help to keep our clients socially active. Our carers are always on hand to collect clients from their home and bring them to the centre, which is open between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., as well as offering them a lift home in the afternoon.

Autumn Days is registered under the Care Quality Commission to provide our domiciliary and in-centre care services. Our staff are qualified in up to 16 different areas, including first aid and manual handling, while they also hold qualifications ranging from Level 2 to Level 7 diplomas in health and social care. We also provide training for carers through Advantage™, the UK’s largest independent accreditation company for carers.

Many of our clients prefer to have a consultation before joining us. We are happy to welcome potential customers and their relatives to view our centre - simply give us a call to arrange an appointment or trail day. There is no waiting list for joining, so following a swift assessment, and after agreeing on a price, you are welcome to visit us immediately.

Care Plans

For every new client that joins our centre we develop an individual care plan with the help of the client and their family. Information regarding their medical history, any allergies they have, and their food preferences will all be taken into account. While working on the plan, visitors are provided with a fresh three-course meal made by our talented chefs.

You Busy

No matter when you visit, there is always something going on at Autumn Days. Advocating participation and social interaction, we provide a variety of activities that help build friendships and maintain mental and motor skills. Due to the close relationships formed by our clients we operate like a social club that welcomes anyone. The activities we arrange include:

Throughout the week we have hairdressers that visit our centre as well as professional beauticians that help our clients look fantastic. All of our visitors come from local businesses, allowing us to support the community. Please note that these services come at an additional cost.
